OUR MISSION
Scarabée Regenerative is working to share Regenerative Agriculture principles and practices as the most cost-effective solution to the food crisis in Lebanon.

WHAT WE DO
Through our partnership with RFGC – our Lebanese implementation partner – we fund and oversee five core programs on the ground.
01
Farm & Garden Transition

We guide landowners, farmers, and gardeners through a hands-on transition to regenerative practices — from first steps to full independence.
Education comes first. We don't just implement — we teach. Every person we work with learns the principles behind the practices, so they can own and continue this work on their own.

02
Community Garden Development
We help rural or urban communities create site-specific food gardens tailored to their needs, funding the design, implementation, and management for the life of the garden.
We use these garden sites to teach free workshops open to the public, building awareness of regenerative agriculture principles and practices.

03
Toxic Soil Remediation
Lebanon's soil carries a heavy burden —Overuse of fertilizers and pesticides, heavy metal buildup, white phosphorus weapons in the south, and crops irrigated with untreated sewage.
We finance the restoration of this damaged land through bioremediation and phytoremediation, returning it to a living, productive state.
This work is not only agricultural — it is environmental justice.

04
Education & Training

We organize workshops, seminars, and training programs that bring regenerative practices to farmers, students, and communities across Lebanon — delivered in Arabic.
We also provide funding for recent agricultural graduates who want to transition away from conventional agricultural practices by giving them access to costly online courses and by offering internships.
05
Symposiums & Knowledge Exchange

We aim to host in-person and online gatherings with leading voices in regenerative agriculture to advance the conversation in Lebanon.
We also collaborate with Lebanese NGOs, cooperatives, and partner organizations to amplify our collective impact.
Commitment to real change
Central to everything we do is a commitment to long-term support.
For all agricultural, gardening, and on-site projects, we provide two years of follow-up consultations and management, along with unlimited video call access to our team of agronomists.
Transitions take time, and no farmer, gardener, or landowner should ever feel abandoned once the work begins. We stay with them — until the land, and the knowledge, truly belong to them.
